Place the strainer over your favorite mug, put your herbs in the mesh cup, and then pour hot water over the tea until the water reaches just above the herbs. You may find it helpful to dunk the herbs a few times by gently lifting and lowering the strainer over your mug.

Wood base is 4 3/4″ at widest part. Metal infuser is 2 1/8″ in diameter and 2 1/4″ deep
Remove the metal strainer from the bottom to wash — dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing to extend the life of the product!
