We suggest enjoying 1-3 cups of steeped tea daily, according to the current phase of your menstrual cycle to get the most benefits from these teas. We recommend beginning your Inner Seasons journey by starting with the Inner Spring tea blend after your bleed time has ended (the follicular phase is a great time to begin a new adventure!) and then move to the Inner Summer tea approximately one week later, the Inner Autumn during the week before your bleed, and Inner Winter during your period.

Drink the Inner Winter tea around the days of the New Moon, the Inner Spring tea during the week before the Full Moon, Inner Summer around the time of the Full Moon, and finally Inner Autumn tea the week after the Full Moon. The herbal tea blends are design to nourish the female body and will likely help support your overall health, mood and wellbeing.
Each of the four tea tins contains approximately 18 – 24 servings when using 1 – 2 tsp per cup, for a total of 72 servings in each Inner Seasons Tea Set. The average customer consumes 4 - 6 cups of each tea each month — at this rate the full tea set lasts for 3 months.
Yes, you can start with the Inner Winter tea blend while taking your placebo pills, or the Inner Spring tea blend when you finish your last placebo pill.
Yes, the Inner Seasons tea set is safe to take while trying to conceive and may support ovulation. Hold off on drinking the Inner Winter tea, and only consume if your monthly bleed does arrive.
No, the Inner Seasons teas are not intended for use during pregnancy.

The Inner Seasons teas are designed to help nourish and restore proper hormone balance with herbs like vitex and raspberry leaf which help with natural estrogen and progesterone production.
