Mama Needs a Minute tea is a relaxing blend for when you just need a freaking minute. (And definitely not just for the mamas!) Crafted with herbs to help calm the “monkey mind” as well as nourish with nutrient-dense herbs, this is a wonderfully calming blend.

Ingredients: Tulsi, Raspberry leaf, Nettles, Rose petals, Chamomile, Oat tops, Passionflower

Serving suggestion 1 – 2tsp per 8oz cup of water. Approximately 18 – 24 servings per container
