Sweet Heat Fire Cider — Everything you’d expect from a traditional fire cider tonic—but with a sweet twist!
Fire Cider is a traditional immune-supportive tonic made from steeping foods and herbs in apple cider vinegar. Most fire cider recipes will “blow your top off” and that tends to make people shy away from this wonderful remedy!
While this recipe still has the “kick” you want, beets and citrus fruits have been added to help boost the nutrients while adding a sweeter flavor so the more fire-cider-hesitant among us can enjoy it.
Use 1 – 2 tablespoons of tonic (may be taken “straight” or mixed with water to dilute) at the earliest sign of immune imbalance. Take 2 – 3 times per day.
